All Eagles have a deep understanding of their WHY.

Attending events with FBOs always leaves me with a unique sense of hope, excitement and motivation. However, after leaving this year’s Eagle Manager Retreat in Pattaya, Thailand, I was deeply struck by the power of belief and the sharing of experience.

The array of speakers this year captivated me, revealing that despite the multitude of challenges each of you faces, your belief in Forever remains constant and unwavering. We had the opportunity to gather valuable insight from many remarkable individuals — a great reminder that wisdom isn’t confined to age, education or profession. It is found in the stories, experiences and teachings of people from various backgrounds.

While most people may not be familiar with the small, humble nation of Burkina Faso, or that its average national income is a mere $75 per month, our friend, Issiaka Waogo, educated us about his WHY. He persevered against all odds, not only to start a Forever Business but to earn Eagle status and build a team of Eagles who are overcoming challenges and rewriting their destiny. Issiaka and his team have made a conscious decision to make Forever work for them and reach their goals. The true reminder here is that this vision is not exclusive to Issiaka. He
reminded me that all Eagles have a vision and a deep understanding of their WHY. They have discovered the benefits of becoming an Eagle, seeing it as a steppingstone to growth and momentum.

However, as you all know, a vision alone is not enough. It must be accompanied by a strong work ethic. Excelling in entrepreneurship is not a sprint; it’s a marathon. Marina Carnat from Moldova exemplifies this perfectly, juggling her full-time role as a wife and mother of nine children while consistently working on her business. She has chosen a unique path to build her success, and as she wisely puts it, “No one does it like you!”

With this mindset, why try to conform to a mold and claim you don’t have the time or resources? Do what you know and do it your way! Your dedication, hard work and relentless effort will set you apart.

This brings us to the principle of never giving up. Commitment is the bedrock of your journey. The road you travel is bound to have its share of obstacles, setbacks and moments of self-doubt. Yet, it’s during these times that your grit and determination to persevere will ultimately define your path. Resilience in the face of adversity is the hallmark of a true leader. As I listened to Mate Bujdos from Hungary tell his story, I admittedly teared up a little, but hearing his strength and determination, I knew that his no-quit attitude enabled him to overcome problems and focus on solutions

Reflecting on the energy, infectious enthusiasm, and lessons learned from EMR23, I’m deeply moved by the recurring message of belief — in yourselves, your ventures and your success. This belief is the essence of the Forever opportunity, and it serves as the cornerstone of every entrepreneurial win. I have discovered that my personal pursuit of wisdom transformed into a lifelong commitment of learning, understanding and embracing the profound lessons shared by each of you. I realize that the true beauty of wisdom is in the process of gaining it and in the
connections forged with those who generously share their knowledge and experiences. You have reinforced the incredible potential that lies within our Forever family.

As we near the end of another year, remember the core principles that have brought you to this point: Your unwavering vision, your steadfast belief in the products and the business, your unrelenting work ethic, and your tireless efforts to never give up. These commitments have defined your journey and will continue to be the driving force behind your future achievements.

I have no doubt that you will soar to even greater heights in the coming year. Each one of you has the potential to reach your goals and inspire others to follow in your footsteps. Let your success motivate your team and all those who aspire to achieve What Matters Most.
