You would first be required to email registration-uk@foreverliving.co.th to receive the current operations structure in Thailand; please include your details as well. If you have not yet internationally sponsored (registered) into Thailand, please contact your home country's office and let them know that you would like to register into Thailand as a foreign distributor under the International Sponsoring Program. This will enable you to sponsor people living (foreign or domestic) in Thailand and to order for your customers here through our office. Your home office will send us some needed registration information so we can process and register you into Thailand. If you have already registered then we will have you in our system.

The easiest way to sponsor people while you are home abroad or here in Thailand would be to have them come to one of our meetings or they can call us during our office business hours at +662-391-2023. We no longer have automated answering services so all phone calls are answered only within business operating hours. All they need to do is fill out a distributor application registration form and put your name and ID# as the sponsor. There are no start up costs to become a distributor but for new distributors to reach 5% within the qualifying month, purchases of at least 3,000 Thai Baht must be achieved. There are no maximum orders, so long as we have the products in stock, a distributor may order as much as they please. It is also possible to purchase for others in their absence in Thailand only. Distributors/FBOs abroad can also order from us for their customers in Thailand. In Thailand (only), for incoming new distributors who are husband and wife -they have separate ID numbers for legal purposes. For example, a husband can sponsor his wife and vice-versa or you can sponsor separately both spouses. For foreign distributors who are registering into Thailand, who are married under one ID# and are internationally sponsoring into Thailand; we keep them under their original single ID number and do not require a separate one. The new plan internationally however, allows for a spouse to have an additional ID# with a different sponsor of their choosing -so if a husband and wife team with separate ID#'s internationally sponsor into Thailand, we will use administratively what is given to us from the UVRs (Upline Verification Report) sent from their home country as we always do. When you register via our registration-uk@foreverliving.co.th email address you should have all the forms required. Once completed, just scan them to us and we'll issue the ID# back to you for registration. If you attend our meetings, the formal applications which are multi-colored, multi-layered will be required but both ways (e-form applications or formal applications) are valid. Hard copy application forms in Thai are 3 Baht each -actually 26 Baht but we are doing a promo on them, the English language applications are 30 Baht each (we've always printed less of them so they cost more) but are no longer in print but provided as a downloadable attachment. Again, Thailand is among a group of Forever countries that still have independent computer systems so all data has to be transferred manually between all countries. As a precaution, please use this registration-uk@foreverliving.co.th for all correspondence with FLP Thailand and avoid non-official FLP Thailand websites. All products should be purchased though our official company venues and/or at our office only. If you order by e-mail, please use orders-uk@foreverliving.co.th. If your customers or distributors are Thai, it will be more convenient if they order by phone during our business hours or attend/visit any of our meeting venues. We can also ship the products to almost anywhere in the kingdom. Please be assured that everything that is performed in Thailand is also valid world-wide. For example, if you become a manager here, you will also be recognized as a manager everywhere else. Please familiarize, retain and share information you receive with your team leaders as you plan to expand in Thailand. All scheduled activity information as well as product info (please refer to the current price and product list for newer products that are not yet shown on the website) can be found at our bilingual website at www.foreverlivingth.com. Meeting attendance is very important and the best way to learn about all our operations are at our meetings and get things done quickly and efficiently. Just a quick review of some of the most commonly asked questions: We do not have starter packs or Introductory business kits. Most distributors purchase what they need or want that accumulates to 2 c.c. Also, Thailand doesn't use the purchasing measurement values of c.c. (case credits), instead we go by the kingdom's Thai Baht as the currency of measurement. To interpret the c.c. and Baht values, we go by the US policy of 1c.c.=$145 USD We no longer carry combo packs or starter kits in stock because they were unpopular for Thai people -the needs of distributors varied and changed too often. Individual items purchased off the former combos were preferable so we discontinued the use of combo-introductory-starter packs (business sets). A thorough overview to additional questions you may have later and other possible future queries: 1. Future reference for incoming international/foreign distributors: If you know any of your prospective distributors who may be planning to come to Thailand, it would be more convenient to meet us at our meetings because the office is a little out of the way and hard to find. We hold business meetings (sales, product info, admin work, teaching of the marketing plan, coffee break etc) that are open to everyone who would like to attend four times a week in Bangkok at two hotels which you will find in the attachments (location, ph#, time etc.) as well as the location of the office and our operation times. We now have the completion of all components of the C9 program (boxes and products plus accessories) but not as a prepackaged kit -meaning each product is sold by the unit and not in separate small plastic bags for nine days -we can also sell the individual components (products) of the program and modify it (see attached Forever C9). Each C9 order in Thailand comes with the box, the tape measure and printed booklets (in English only) in Thailand for the current C9 program; along with the products as whole units hence the price disparity if you compare the price of a C9 kit in your country. The good thing about the C9 in Thailand is that it launches the customers to go right into the FIT 1 and 2 programs because most of the same products just carry over into the next phase thus saving the FBO and their customers from having to buy more of the same thing because they have their supply to carry over already -which leads to the next group of our fitness centered programs. F.I.T. 1 and 2: we are also currently working on introducing these programs -the manuals and boxes are already available and being sold with the sets. Some of our distributors separate the products on their own so the products equal to 9 days when selling to their customers as an example so there is a lot of flexibility of what an FBO can do for their customers or downline teams. There have been several inquiries regarding the C9 shaker cups: they are no longer produced and so whatever stock was left was what was available. The home office in the USA is currently working on a new design for the shaker cups but they have not reached production yet. Some countries may have their own suppliers but the actual former C9 shaker from the former C9 program is no longer produced. A new C9 shaker is being worked on and in the meantime we provide a high tech Forever blender cup that is superior to any C9 shaker previously produced and is an accessory outside the former and present C9 programs. The blender cups are now available. Please see our price/list for distributors and the individual files on the various C9, NutriLean, F1 and F2 programs in Thailand. The other good news is that the Vital 5 is on the way and although we have the individual components of the set, we hope to sell this prepackaged set in a box soon.

We are not connected to the world-wide FLP computer network so you will not see us on for example, your old flpbiz website, UK's "foreverknowledge" or the new FLP360 website program; this includes the absence of online shopping to supply your customers in Thailand. Your friends, prospects and customers must fill their orders directly through the company and you may purchase for them by proxy using your ID or theirs; more about the ordering process is explained later and it's kept very simple. Activity in Thailand will not show on your Forever website. We would like to do this in the future though and it's being worked on. Performance of all purchasing activity and bonuses acquired in Thailand is from Thailand only. All performed purchasing activity outside of Thailand is not included here but sales levels achieved abroad are honored and vice-versa. All work and purchases performed in Thailand will not count towards your global Case Credits among other countries. The reason for this is because Forever Living Products Thailand has its own independent promotion (among other countries). For example: In Thailand, an FBO/Distributor accomplishing the achievement of 4 (four) first line or front-line managers within one year qualifies for automatic attendance to the annual Global Rally (hotel, meals, spending money, flights -all covered expenses by FLP Thailand). Only achieved sales ranks are shared internationally so what you achieve abroad and what you do here still does matter in moving up in sales levels and in eligibility of all bonus types here and abroad -apart from your global c.c.,profit share or Chairman's Bonus qualifications because Thailand does not participate in these 2 areas of the international incentive plan. However, from where your bonus is paid will depend on where and from which country your purchasing activity took place. Please see attachments for further details regarding bonuses. Thailand is among a group of countries that still have independent computer systems and is a non-hosted country so all data has to be transferred manually between all countries. (You will see this again below as a reminder).

It is not necessary to receive any kind of special permission such as a visa to participate and perform in Forever Living Products Thailand because all distributors here are by definition, independent contractors who are not employed by the company. Some foreigners have wondered in the past if they needed to secure anything on their own independently in addition to what they already have, such as a working visa but I confirm that it is not necessary because we are currently viewed as a company that sells the products at a discount to its members and the bonus is viewed as a rebate. If a foreign distributor/FBO decides to declare that what they do is their business as a Forever Business Owner/Forever Business Entity and their income is solely based upon their activities in selling the Forever products to customers, then that would be a different circumstance. They would have to secure a working visa, name their company, register with the govt., get FDA approval etc. -but it's a Pandora's box -I would strongly advise against this declaration as it could lead to several complications and would no longer be economically feasible to pursue. We do not have and have never had a foreign distributor in Thailand do this, ever. Most of the business definitions are semantic: members are distributors (FBO –Forever Business Owners) and the rebate is the bonus. Almost all of the foreigners who perform in Forever Thailand do it on the side in addition to their actual job (if any) that they currently are employed in. There are also those who are retired and many who are temporarily visiting and move on in addition to the majority who travel back and forth while committed consistently with great results. We currently have about 4,000 foreign distributors registered throughout Thailand but only about 300-400 really active ones who have built strong bases here over the last ten years. All who have come before are no longer here and/or moved abroad.

The actual hard copy, four color coded multi-page form is available for purchase for 3 Baht, a few cents at our office or meetings and can be purchased in bulk as well. Each application book has ten applications.

At hotels throughout the kingdom. We have four meetings/week in Bangkok at the same 2 hotels and in 12 select provinces once a month at the same hotels, please check our schedule at our website.

The former NDP (New Distributor Price) plan now called the Novus Customer price is not available in Thailand because we have another policy that has been in place of this since our beginning that compensates the NDP. Thailand is the only country that offers immediate wholesale price upon registration as a new distributor (new policy term is FBO).

Communicate your desire to internationally sponsor into Thailand from your home country's office. They will send us the required documents for us to register you into our system, you keep the same ID# and you're able sponsor anyone within Thailand. Once they send us your registration information, we'll confirm your status to you.

Bring them to our meetings.

It is up to the distributor what he or she wants to purchase. We typically recommend the basic 3 products but now we are doing 4:

In Bangkok, we have 4 meetings each week at hotels which you can find on our website. In Chiangmai and Phuket, as part of our select provinces, we hold meetings at each province there once a month. We sorely need more leaders in the northern provinces so it would be very welcoming if you could perform extra meetings because we are stretched thin.

Definitely. If there is a particular product we don’t carry, we can order it for you but it must be ordered by the case. Please let us know ahead of time, at least two months for products we do not normally stock so we can order it for you. We have pretty much everything though, the most important products.

Yes, the basic marketing plan as well as the leadership bonus is followed (all the same percents). Thailand however follows the old system of paying the bonus based on the wholesale price and not the retail.

Yes, upon sign-up as a distributor, they are eligible to purchase wholesale and start qualifying for bonuses. No, there isn't a flat 30% across the board because the tax rates on the each product varies so it is adjusted accordingly. Some products are 30% off the retail for wholesale and others more or less. The tax rate in Thailand is the highest in the region so to alleviate the burden the retail is adjusted. The minimum purchase in order to maintain monthly volume is less than many countries because most Thai people have lower incomes and also because our qualifications still only allow 1 month (from the original marketing plan years ago) and not 2 months to perform qualifications unless you are going from Assistant Manager 13% to Manager 18%.

The office pays bonuses at every venue we hold meetings at and at our office in cash or check. We also wire the bonus monthly into domestic bank accounts. If the distributor resides abroad, the office sends your bonus to your home country’s office upon reaching $100 USD. If it is not reached within a year we will send it after the year end accounting the following year if there is at least $25 USD in acquired total bonus amount from the whole year. If you have a bank account in Thailand we can transfer your bonus at any time. For domestic Thai distributors that reside in Thailand, if their bonus is not picked up or given a designated destination to send, then it gets recycled back into the company after 6 months. Foreign distributors are given a year unless the amount is too low to send abroad or if they don't have a domestic bank acct. (More details on this in the Foreign Bonus Policy Document attached).
