This year’s Christmas Rally Formal Dinner will be held on Thursday evening, December 22nd at the five-star Ramada Menam Riverside Hotel located on. The Christmas Rally formal dinner will be an eight course Chinese cuisine for all qualified FBO/distributors. Qualification is dependent upon all distributors who have maintained purchasing volume for ten months (does not need to be held consecutively). Incoming new distributors will need to have at least three consecutive months of volume maintenance and this must be completed no later than the 7th of December (end of the month is on the 7th of each month).
The dinner starts at 6pm and will end between 9 and 10pm. Seating will be assigned and team leaders will be seated with their respective groups (this is dependent on whether their down-lines have qualified as well). FBOs/Distributors, their families and down line teams who have not qualified can attend through the purchase of tickets. Please call our office or email us for details due to limited seating. The cut-off date for notification is December 10th. Non-Qualifier tickets are 1500 Baht each.
All attendees are encouraged to arrive early due to Bangkok’s heavy traffic situation on weekday evenings. I recommend arriving between 4 and 5 pm to avoid the rush hour traffic and to allow time for purchasing activities. Spouses of qualifiers are automatically invited to attend but may not be substituted for friends, children or a girlfriend/boyfriend of the qualifier. Invitations will be sent in the following weeks to early eagle qualifiers.
Following the dinner, the doors will be open to the public between 9 and 10pm. Seating will be provided on a first come first serve basis due to limited space. All are welcome to attend following the dinner: families, and friends, especially those you would like introduce into the company. This special annual event is a great opportunity to show you can truly “Win with Forever” in the spirit of Christmas, the gift of giving and introducing a great opportunity of health and happiness to all.
There will be several large cash and product prizes through drawings as well as an awards ceremony throughout the evening’s festivities; a live band, dancing and other entertainment.
Outside the ballroom will be our administrative set-up (meeting format) for purchasing products as well as registration for new distributorships/FBO registration.
Families with small children sometimes reserve a hotel room because of the length of time the rally covers for FBOs traveling from out of town. Children are exempt from this function unless a ticket is purchased for assigned seating at the dinner table/ or once the doors open to all at 9pm. For more information on reserving a hotel room, please contact the hotel at your own discretion.
After the dinner celebrations, all are welcome to attend, families, friends, especially those you would like introduce into the company.
ATTIRE:
The attire for men is business or fashionable smart casual. For ladies, attire is also business or an evening/cocktail dress.
