We are excited to announce a simplified path to achieving Supervisor! It’s now easier than ever to unlock the first steps to leadership! As of May 1, 2025, FBOs can qualify to move up to the level of Supervisor by generating a total of 10 case credits (CCs) within one single month.

Becoming a Supervisor unlocks new benefits and allows you to potentially grow your business further. In most cases, it is one of the first steps towards building a team and for many, it is a great step forward in terms of personal development.
The Supervisor receives:
- 30% Discount plus 8% Earned Discount on personal orders.
- 30% Retail Profit plus 8% Personal Bonus on online Retail Sales.
- 25% Preferred Customer Profit plus 8% Preferred Customer Bonus on the Purchases of personally sponsored Preferred Customers who are purchasing at a 5% discount.
- 8% Preferred Customer Bonus on the Purchases of personally sponsored Preferred Customers who are purchasing at a 30% discount.

Yes, provided you generate the 10CC in one calendar month. If the Case Credits for move-up are generated in a single Operating Company, the resulting move-up shall occur in that Operating Company on the exact date that sufficient Case Credits are accumulated.
Yes, Case Credits from multiple Operating Companies may be combined for move up to Supervisor. If the Case Credits for move up are generated in multiple Operating Companies, the move up shall occur in all Operating Companies on the 15th of the following month after sufficient Case Credits are accumulated.
Yes. You will move up to the level of Supervisor the same way you would for any other level in the Marketing Plan. The resulting move up shall occur on the 15th of the following month after sufficient Case Credits are accumulated. Note that an FBO does not receive a Volume Bonus on any FBO in his/her sponsored group who is at the same level in the Marketing Plan. However, he/she will receive full Case Credits from such sources for Sales Level advancement and other incentives
Yes. You will count for your upline as a Supervisor for Eagle Manager Qualification (or any other relevant incentive). However, as of May 1, 2025, you will now require 3 Supervisors for Eagle Manager Qualification instead of the previous 2 Supervisors.
Yes, provided you buy the products for personal consumption within that month and/or resell to your customers. However, we recommend that you take advantage of this generous Company Policy change to start attracting and registering your first team members and teach/support them how they can find team members themselves. This increases the chance that you may build a sustainable growing business, that – with more time and effort – may help you qualify for further level advancement and other incentives in the Marketing Plan.
No, this new rule only applies from May 1, 2025, forward, unless you participated as a TRIAL country. But with just 10CC in any month after May 2025, you will advance to the Supervisor level.
No, you will qualify with just 5CC in May. Please inform your Country Office, if you fit this criterion, as this may require a manual adjustment.
You’ll receive 30% discount on your personal orders within the first 10CCs, 38% for the last 5CCs. If you crossed the threshold during an order, an adjustment will be made on your bonus recap, and you’ll receive the difference with your bonus.
No, an FPC first needs to Opt-in to become an FBO. Without first opting in, an FPC is not subject to the benefits of the Marketing Plan. Historically generated activity before Opting-in cannot be used to advance levels in the Marketing Plan. Upon Opting-in to the Marketing Plan, the FBO has the right to sell FLP products and sponsor Retail/Preferred Customers and FBOs to sell FLP products and potentially qualify to receive Sales Level promotions, and increased Discounts and Bonuses.
